Variations and tips

  • Shred the corn so only the corn kernels are left.
  • Take 1.3 cup of water and pour it in a pot.
  • Add the corn in it and turn the gas on high.
  • Put the lid on and let it cook for 20 mins.
  • While the corn is cooking remove the crusts of 2 bread slices and add some butter in a pan and shred the bread and add it in the pan and let it toast.
  • Once the corn is done cooking drain it.
  • If some of the water is still left on it that’s okay and transfer it to a pan. Turn the gas on sim and transfer the corn and spices in the pan and slowly add the shredded bread in the pan and toss it.

After 5 mins transfer it into a bowl and ENJOY!
