  • 1 Cup rava
  • ½ cup ghee
  • ¾  Cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp Elaichi powder
  • 1 tsp kesari powder
  • 10-15 cashews
  • 10-15 raisins


Method

Variations and tips

  • Take kadai
  • Add ½ cup ghee
  • Add cashew and raisins and take it out
  • Add the rava and fry it
  • Add the 4 cups water and once it thickens
  • Add 1 cup sugar
  • Mix it well
  • Add 1 tsp elaichi powder, 1 tsp kesari powder and some more ghee
  • Add the roasted cashew and raisins to the kesari
  • Put in a plate and make shapes as required
