2 cobs of corn
1 capsicum - Chopped
3 green chillies - Chopped
Rice flour
1 Potato - boiled and mashed
1 TSP Chopped ginger
1 Onion - Chopped
1 TSP chillly powder
1/2 TSP Chaat Masala
1/4 cup bread crumb
1 TBSP Corn flour
2-3 TSP Salt
1 TSP Lemon juice
Refined oil for deep frying
Method
About the item
Variations and tips
In a small blender take boiled corn or frozen corn.
Blend to coarse paste without adding any water.
Transfer the paste to a large mixing bowl.
Add boiled and mashed potato.
Add onion, capsicum, chilli and ginger paste.
Add spices and salt.
Add ¼ cup bread crumbs. or crumble fresh bread.
Add in 1 tbsp roasted besan / gram flour and coriander leaves
Continue adding 1 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp of boiled corn and crushed black pepper.
Add lemon juice.
combine everything well to form a dough.
Add more bread crumbs if there is to much moisture.
make sure to have a non sticky dough.
Deep fry till it is golden brown
Serve with Tomato sauce
