  • To make for 4 people
  • 200 Gms Beans
  • 200 Gms cabbage
  • 200 gms carrot
  • 2-3 onions
  • 100 Gms capsicum
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1 spoon ginger garlic paste

  • 3 cups basmati rice
  • pinch of Ajinomoto
  • 1 TBSP salt
  • 1 TSP White pepper
  • 1 spoon Vinegar
  • 1 spoon Soya Sauce
  • 3 TBSP Refined oil

Method

  •  Soak basmati rice in water for about 30 minutes 
  •  Drain the cook the rice in 2 cups water till the grains are just cooked 
  •  Strain the rice in a colander, let the rice cool completely and keep it aside 

  

  • Cut all the vegetables into very small pieces  
  • Heat the 3 TBSP refined oil in a pan. 
  • Put the slit green chillies and saute for 1 minute
  • Add onions and stir fry till transparent
  • Add all the other other vegetables
  •  Add Vinegar, Ajinomoto, soy sauce, salt, white pepper and stir quickly 
  • Stir on high flame.
  • Now add the rice and mix properly

  • To make for 4 people
  • 200 Gms Beans
  • 200 Gms cabbage
  • 200 gms carrot
  • 2-3 onions
  • 100 Gms capsicum
  • 4 green chillies
  • 1 spoon ginger garlic paste

  • 2-3 Packets of  Hakka noodles
  • pinch of Ajinomoto
  • 1 TBSP salt
  • 1 TSP White pepper
  • 1 TBSP  Vinegar
  • 1 TBSP  Soya Sauce
  • 3 TBSP Refined oil

  • Add a lot of water in a large vessel.
  • Once the water boils boiling, add 1 TBSP salt to the water
  • Now, add the noodles and allow it to boil - this may take 20 minutes
  • After it is boiled, switch off the gas and remove the excess water in a colander, add 1 TBSP oil and keep it aside


  • Cut all the vegetables into very small pieces  
  • Take a pan and heat the 3 TBSP refined oil
  • Add the slit green chillies and saute for 1 minute
  • Add onions and stir fry till transparent
  • Add all the other other vegetables
  •  Add 1 TBSP Vinegar, Ajinomoto, 1 TBSP soy sauce, 1 TSP white pepper and stir quickly 
  • Stir on high flame.
  • Now add the boiled hakka  and mix properly
